How We Support YouÂ
The purpose here is to determine if you meet the minimum eligibility criteria for any of the state licensure pathways. You will be asked to provide information about you, your medical education, training, licensure, professional experience and career interests.Â
We will review your qualifications against current state and program requirements and identify potential states whose requirements align with your profile. You will receive a personalized Licensure Pathway Report and recommended states and pathways.
If you choose to proceed to this step, you will be asked to provide the required documentation to validate the information you provided in the previous step.Â
Once all documents have been provided, we will review and verify your documents before presenting your profile to potential employers.Â
Once the system review of all your information has been completed, we will match you to healthcare institutions that align with your professional goals and that are seeking to hire physicians with your background.Â
You will review the opportunities and decide which organizations you wish to continue with.
We will then facilitate introductions with the potential employers
If the potential employer chooses to invite you for an interview, we will provide you with resources to help you prepare, and will coordinate communication between you and the potential employer throughout the hiring process.
The goal here is to prepare you for a successful transition if you receive an employment offer. We will provide guidance on licensure documentation, relevant information, onboarding requirements, and transition planning.
